Series Preview: Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees (Opening Day is Here!)

The Toronto Blue Jays kick off the 2018 season with a four-game series against their division rival, New York Yankees

The Toronto Blue Jays (76-86: 2017) get ready to open up the 2018 campaign against the pre-season division favorite, New York Yankees.  New York (91-71: 2017) much like Toronto have a revamped line-up after some major off-season acquisitions. While the Bronx Bombers will look to slug their way through the season, the Blue Jays will once again pin their hopes this season on the starting rotation. This opening series looks to be highly entertaining as both teams look to get the season started on the right track.

Player(s) to watch:

New York: Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, Gary Sanchez

Toronto: Josh Donaldson, Randal Grichuk, Curtis Granderson, John Axford
