Buffalo Bisons (9-11, 5th)
The Bisons played another extra inning game with the Red Wings, but this time they came out the victor, winning 2-1 in 10 innings. They will play one more against Rochester with a chance to split the 6-game series.

At the Plate
The Herd needed 10 hits, 2 stolen bases and 2 walks to drive in 2 runs, while striking out 3 times.
Andy Burns had a double, two singles, stole a base and was caught stealing. Burns is hitting .310 in his past 10 games, raising his batting average from .195 to .253.
Domonic Brown and Casey Kotchman had two hits and an RBI, with Kotchman hitting his 2nd home run in the 7th.

The Fisher Cats continue to struggle in a tough a division, getting shut out by Trenton for the second game, 0-1.

Melky Mesa and Ian Parmley picked up the only hits for the Fisher Cats. Mesa hit his 3rd double of the year and Parmley stole his 5th base.
Rowdy Tellez has struggle to make consistent contact, but is seeing the ball well with 2 walks in the game and 12 in the past 10 games.
On the Mound
Casey Lawrence, fresh off his demotion, pitched 7 strong innings while allowing one run.
Danny Barnes and Colt Hynes combined to pitch a clean 8th, with Barnes striking out the batters he faced.

Lansing needed two 3-run innings to catapult them to victory. Juan Kelly drove in 2 runs, with Ryan Hissey and JC Cardenas driving in the one run each.
Andrew Guillotte and Hissey combined for 4 of Lansings 7 hits. Kelly, Jacob Anderson, and Cardenas collected the other Lugnut hits.
On the Mound
Angel Perdomo turned in another solid start for his 2nd win and lowered his ERA from 2.63 to 2.04. Perdomo struck out 7 while walking 2 and allowing 3 hits in 5.0 shut out innings.
Gustavo Pierre made his 2016 debut with one shutout inning. He walked one and allowed one hit.
Starlyn Suriel picked up his first save with 3 no-hit innings. Suriel has lowered his ERA from 3.38 to 2.08 with 5 no-hit innings over his past 2 appearances.
