The system went 0 for 2.
Buffalo- The Herd and the Red Wings engaged in a slugfest. The clubs scored a combined 21 runs on 31 hits, including 4 home runs. Buffalo starter Nick Allgeyer was roughed up for 9 runs before Brandon Eisert, Joe Biagini, Kyle Johnston, and Matt Gage held Rochester to 2 runs on 6 hits over 6 innings. Logan Warmoth got the party started with a 1st inning GRAND SLAM, his 2nd home run. Former Blue Jays prospect Josh Palacios (lost on waiver on April 15th) hit his 3rd HR in the 1st for the Red Wings, a 3 run shot. Palacios stuck it to his former club with a game-winning single in the 10th, finishing the game 3-for-4 with a run scored, 4RBI, 2BB, a SB, and a K.
New Hampshire- rained out
Vancouver- wet grounds.
Dunedin- The D-Jays and Tarpons scored a combined 15 runs on 19 hits. Unfortunately, the D-Jays failed to capitalize on some poor defensive play by Tampa as the club committed 7 errors. Dunedin’s big inning came in the 4th when Dasan Brown singled home Jommer Hernandez and Jose Rivas to tie the game 3-3. Rainer Nunez brought Brown home with a single. Victor Mesia reached on an error, scoring Damiano Palmegiani. Adriel Sotolongo capped off the inning with a single to RF to score Nunez, 6-3.

Today we turn our attention to Logan Warmoth
The former 1st-round pick has taken a little longer to develop than scouts originally projected but Warmoth seems to be coming into his own. Batting 6th and DH’ing for the Buffalo Bisons, Warmoth sent an 1-0 pitch over the fence in LF for a GRAND SLAM in the 1st inning, 4-0. He singled in the 5th and walked in the 8th inning, scoring on a Stevie Berman ground ball.
The 26-yr-old finished 2-for-5 with 2 runs scored, 4RBI, a HR, and a walk.
In 29 at-bats, Logan Warmoth is batting .345 with a 1.096OPS, 2 home runs, 8RBI, and 1 stolen base.
PS. A nice performance by Samad Taylor who seems to be getting hot. Taylor went 2-for-2 with 2 runs scored and 4 walks. He has 11 walks to 4 strikeouts.

Lover of all things Toronto Blue Jays. Blue Jays MiLB fanatic. I strive for average while stumbling onto above average. Rogers isn’t cheap. Baseball is a business. Your right, but I’m more right.
